- Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

4. Tracking & Delivery
- Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
- We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within a day at fioraglanz@gmail.com with photos and unboxing video for review
- We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
