Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

We ship to PAN India

- Express Shipping (if available): 5-7 business days

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees, if applicable.

4. Tracking & Delivery

Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within a day at fioraglanz@gmail.com with photos and unboxing video for review
We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
