  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship to PAN India
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
    • Express Shipping (if available): 5-7 business days
  • Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees, if applicable.

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
  • We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within a day at fioraglanz@gmail.com with photos and unboxing video for review
  • We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
